Martin Pike has always believed in things; dreams and hopes and love and every cheesy cliché there is. You name it and Martin is probably a sucker for it. But, what happens when everything he's ever believed in suddenly stops making sense? When the world starts spinning faster than he can process and reality pelts him one disappointment alter the other? What happens when he realizes he has become one of the few who believe in dreams but, at the same time, doesn't believe in their realization? Martin thinks the universe is actively conspiring against him, if you ask him. Although, his biggest enemy may be closer than he thinks; his psyche has always been a cruel contender. Could it be that Martin has met his match? Will the boy ever get his head out the clouds and fight for what he believes? Or will he choose to stay the same?
